ABOUT ME
Lisa Lock is a multi disciplinary designer artist and social and environmental project officer and educator
Hello there!
I live in Llandudno, North Wales, with my lovely husband and a fabulous array of fish tanks and houseplants. I grew up in Wales and lived for 18 years in London, Brighton and Essex.
I am passionate about a lot of things, here is my attempt to summarise!
- My interests include sustainability, conservation, innovation, plus learning and history.
- I enjoy problem solving and helping people, heritage and wildlife.
- I am creative, proactive, well organised, enthusiastic and friendly.
- For fun I enjoy wildlife spotting, travel and exploration, board games, films, hiking, cycling, gardening, paddleboarding, photography and baking.
My background is in design, and I taught design for 5 years, but for the last 8 years I have followed a more rewarding passion, working as a project officer and educator for social and environmental projects, for local authorities and charities.
Outside of my day job I craft and design, and work on commissions.
- My qualifications include;
- a 2.1 BA hon in Silversmithing, Jewellery and Allied Crafts,
- a 2.1 MSc in Product Innovation and Development,
- a PGCE in Secondary D&T,
- Level 3 forest school leader (Cambium),
- and a first aid qualification.
Please do get in touch if you have any any questions.
Thank you for your response. ✨
